Repair Claim Form – Shared Ownership

If you bought your shared ownership home under the APH (Affordable Housing Programme) 2021 – 2026 lease, you can claim up to £500 a year for qualifying repairs for 10 years from when the build was completed. To make a claim, it must be first verified by Accent, and then we will approve or reject it.

Before sending your form, please check you’ve filled in all sections. It will take us around 7 working days to review your claim. Once we have, we will let you know if it has been approved or rejected. We will not process any claims until the work has been carried out.

As part of this process, we may contact contractors to check invoices submitted to us.
