For Stevie and Luke, the journey to homeownership was marked by both hope and hesitation. She knew it could be the key to unlocking a new home, one that was truly theirs from the start. “We knew this would be our best option to purchase a brand-new house as a blank slate with little to no issues,” she explains. The lower deposit and manageable monthly payments made the dream of homeownership achievable, even in challenging times.

Now settled in their new home, Stevie and Luke reflect on the journey. “I think there is always a reason not to do it,” Luke says thoughtfully. “But knowing you maybe have your forever home, even if it takes a while, will be so very worth it.”
