Our priority remains the safety of our customers and colleagues. We will do our best to make sure that is the case whilst balancing the need to follow government guidance and keep you and our colleagues safe and well.

Following the Government announcement (12 May 2020) we would like to confirm the following:

Property Viewings:

  • We are able to offer viewings on new homes but virtual viewings should be undertaken if possible.
  • The decision on whether viewings take place on resale homes is at the discretion of the current owner. We have and will continue to offer virtual viewings (via Facetime, Whats App ) for those that would like this option.
  • Our team members will be wearing full Personal Protective Equipment and will not enter the property at the same time as customers.
  • Please bring hand sanitiser and ensure you wash your hands before and after any viewings.
  • We will ask anyone due to attend a viewing if they are displaying symptoms of Covid-19, self isolating or tested positive (or residing with someone who is showing symptoms). If this is the case we are unable to book an appointment.
  • We ask all customers to adhere to social distancing at all times and wear gloves and a face mask if possible.
  • We ask that no more than two customers attend viewings.
  • Please arrive at the time arranged to reduce the risk of you coming onto contact with any other customers viewing before or after you.

New Home Completions:

  • You can arrange legal completion of your new home purchase and meet a team member to collect your keys.
  • Our team members will be wearing full Personal Protective Equipment and will not enter the property at the same time as customers.
  • We ask all customers to adhere to social distancing at all times and wear gloves and a face mask if possible.
  • Please bring hand sanitiser and ensure you wash your hands before and after any appointment.
  • We will ask anyone due to attend an appointment if they are displaying symptoms of Covid-19, self isolating or tested positive (or residing with someone who is showing symptoms). If this is the case we are unable to book an appointment.
  • We ask that no more than two customers attend appointments and attendees must be from the same household.
  • Please arrive at the time arranged to reduce the risk of you coming onto contact with any other customers viewing before or after you.
